The conversation
We meet — usually over coffee at your kitchen table — and talk through how you actually live in the space. No mood boards yet, just listening.
- 02
The walk-through
A two-hour studio visit in your home. We measure, photograph, and quietly catalogue what stays, what goes, and what's hiding in a closet.
- 03
The direction
Within ten days you receive a custom direction document — palette, materials, layout sketches, and a sourcing list with real prices, not ranges.
- 04
The build
We source, order, track and store everything at the studio. You stay informed but never overwhelmed. We handle every back-and-forth with vendors and trades.
- 05
Install day
You take the day off. We arrive with a small team, install everything in a single pass, style, light a candle, and hand the room back to you.
Timeline
How long does it take?
Most full-room projects run six to ten weeks from first conversation to install day. Stagings move faster — usually within ten business days of a signed agreement.
Investment
A simple structure.
A flat design fee, plus pass-through cost on goods at our trade pricing. You see every invoice. Nothing is marked up in secret.
