We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and run the studio:
- Contact details you send us — name, email address, phone number, and the home address you want us to work on.
- Project details you choose to share — scope, timeline, photos of your home.
- Site analytics — anonymised data about which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which devices they use. We do not collect personally identifying analytics.
- Cookies — small text files used to keep the site working and (with your consent) to measure traffic. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we collect it
- To answer the message you sent through our contact form.
- To prepare a proposal, quote, or contract if you decide to work with us.
- To improve the website's content and performance.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations in Texas and the United States.
4. How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the small set of vendors who help us run the studio (email, accounting, project-management software). These vendors are bound by confidentiality and process data only on our instructions.
5. How long we keep it
Project records are kept for seven years to satisfy U.S. tax requirements. Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted after two years. You may ask us to delete your information sooner — see Section 7.
6. How we protect it
Our website is served over HTTPS. Internal records are stored in encrypted, access-controlled systems. Only Leonel and our two installers have access to project files.
7. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you. Write to ads@devhassy.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with comparable privacy laws may have additional rights, which we honor on request.
8. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, post a notice on the home page for 30 days.
