This Privacy Policy explains how Devhassy Studio, LLC ("Devhassy Studio," "we," "us" or "our"), operating from 15 Fairfield Terrace, Short Hills, New Jersey 07078, collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information you provide when you visit devhassy.com (the "Site") or engage our interior styling and home staging services.

1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact details — name, email address, telephone number and postal address — when you complete our contact form, book a consultation or write to us.
- Project details — photographs, floor plans, budgets and design preferences you share so that we can prepare a proposal.
- Communications — records of email, telephone and in-person conversations with our studio.

- Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, referring URL and pages viewed, for security and diagnostic purposes.

2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver services you have engaged us for.
- To send occasional service-related communications (appointment reminders, project updates, invoices).
- To keep the Site secure and operating correctly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

We share the minimum information necessary with the following categories of recipient:
- Trusted service providers who help us operate the studio — for example our website host (a US web-hosting provider), email provider, accountant and payment processor. Each is contractually required to protect your information.
- Trade partners — furniture makers, upholsterers, movers and installers — only to the extent required to deliver your project.
- Regulators, courts or law-enforcement agencies where we are required by law to do so.
5. International transfers
Devhassy Studio is based in the United States and our website is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
6. How long we keep information
Contact and project records are retained for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for a further seven (7) years afterwards to meet our tax, accounting and professional-liability obligations, after which we securely delete them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, please email IRA@devhassy.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, strong access controls and regular backups. No method of transmission over the internet is one-hundred-percent secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to earn your trust.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
