Flat fees, not hourly. Trade discounts passed through.
We quote a flat fee at the end of the first consultation, based on scope. You get our full trade pricing on furniture, textiles and fixtures — we do not mark them up. It is the way we would want to be worked with.
Short Hills and a small radius around it.
We work primarily in Essex, Union, Morris and Bergen counties in New Jersey, and take a small number of Manhattan and Brooklyn projects each year. If you are outside this radius, please still write — we occasionally travel for the right project.
