These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of devhassy.com and any services provided by Devhassy Studio, LLC ("Devhassy Studio," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Devhassy Studio, LLC is a New Jersey limited-liability company with its principal place of business at 15 Fairfield Terrace, Short Hills, NJ 07078, USA. The studio is owned and operated by Ira P. Margulies.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; (b) use the Site in a way that could disable, overburden or impair it; (c) copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including photographs, illustrations, text and the Devhassy logo — is the property of Devhassy Studio or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. Photographs of client homes appear with the client's permission.
4. Design services
Every engagement is governed by a separate written Letter of Agreement between you and Devhassy Studio, which sets out the scope, fees, deliverables, payment schedule and cancellation terms of your project. To the extent of any conflict, that Letter of Agreement controls over these Terms.
5. Third-party sites and links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devhassy Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devhassy Studio, its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devhassy Studio and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
10. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
